Google My Business makes messaging statistics available

Google My Business has added messaging statistics . This innovation will allow companies to track how often they respond to customer messages. The only condition is that your organization must have messaging enabled.

The statistics will indicate the average response time based on data from the last 28 days.

Google has also made changes to the names of affiliate statuses . They have become “more accurate.” Google will display the statuses “approved” and “not confirmed” instead of “published” and “not published” on the branches page and the “Changes made by Google” card.

Another innovation is the display of a link for registration as a site manager for the addresses of companies in Search and Maps. This link will simplify data management for store managers and franchise owners.
