Google: Amazon Alexa Rank has no influence on Google Search

This is probably obvious to most of you, but this may be the first time I have commented on this with Google. Amazon has this Alexa rank feature, they had it since 1996, a super long time. John Mueller from Google was asked if Google uses it for ranking sites and he clearly said no.

On Alexa.com, this is not to be confused with Amazon Alexa digital assistants, but owned by the same company.

The funny thing is, when I made my fools in April or so for the Google PageRank Prediction tool, I used Amazon & # 39; s Alexa rank as part of the algorithm to figure out what your next PageRank score will be to be. I have no idea if this tool actually works anymore – it never really worked because it was a joke.
